Wow…you have accomplished quite a bit since I last checked. It looks like you are prepared for your first interview. An idea…you could check with Becky Litherland? She is our science coordinator and can be reached on email. She has quite a few contacts throughout the state that may able to be interviewed.
Kelsey–
These look really good. You might want to put in some specifics about what you have learned and what you want more information about.
I took the liberty to edit out your last name and phone number
Ms. Blackmore’s lead is really a good one–you should contact her during 8th block.
That’s great about our contact! This looks like a very good template to work with for contacting people. I know if I received such a professional letter, I would be compelled to say yes!
As I’ve said in a few blog posts now, we need to make sure we HAVE a time and place pre-set so we can give them the information if they say yes. Let’s make sure we do that in class tomorrow!
Thanks, Ms. Blackmore. I feel like I have made a lot fo progress and it sounds like Ms. Litherland would be able to help a lot.
Thanks for editing that for me, Ms. P!
I wasn’t sure when we were supposed to meet. During class, or a weekend, etc. so hopefully we can talk about it during class.
