Title and Introduction Ideas
I’m definitely having trouble coming up with a title. “The Truth About Global Warming” is the best I can come up with, but that really isn’t catchy or original at all. I’ll keep thinking about it and write a new post if I come up with something exciting.
I think that the introduction should be really catchy. I’m not sure how many people are going to like this idea, but I was thinking about starting with a scene from the 1950s with a kid saying something like, “Gee, Ma! It’s so hot outside I could fry an egg on the sidewalk!” Then we could completely change the tone of the video with serious music and go into how someday that could be possible because the earth is getting so warm. Then we could flash shocking statistics and catch the audiences attention for a second time to get them really interested in the topic.

We could definitely do a grainy 50’s spoof–who should we get to dress up with slicked side-parted hair (boy) or a poodle-skirt (girl)?
Great idea.
Keep thinking about titles.
I love the map idea…causes and then the map burning. I am glad you got permission to do it in the parking lot! I think the “hot enough to fry an egg” is a good visual but the title may not pull people in…BUT, I am struggling with any suggestions for titles?? Is there a title like…Global Warming: 21st Century on Fire? I will keep thinking…Title is really important to grab the attention…maybe once you put the video together the title will be obvious??
