Thanks so much for all of your hard work. You've really shown quiet leadership. I'm glad your group worked so well together--you really were a team.

Do you think you care more about your writing when you are publishing it on the web?

I'm glad we figured out a way for you to be in honors and in my class ;-) It has been a pleasure.

Hello Kelsey, Your blog is very good and easy to understand. I think global warming occurring. Even though I am what you referred to as an uneducated person about global warming I do think it is happening. The weather is becoming colder and colder which is a direct result of global warming. People including myself need to stop depending on cars. Your blog is very good, and now I am more educated about global warming.

I love Ms. Pomerantz's idea...just clip after clip of people saying I don't know or I don't know enough...because isn't that part of the issue? How much information do we need for us to believe that Global Warming is an issue and then act?

I like your purpose page :-)

What do you think you'll be able to edit in order to create the segment--will the people saying "I don't know" help?

I love the map idea...causes and then the map burning. I am glad you got permission to do it in the parking lot! I think the "hot enough to fry an egg" is a good visual but the title may not pull people in...BUT, I am struggling with any suggestions for titles?? Is there a title like...Global Warming: 21st Century on Fire? I will keep thinking...Title is really important to grab the attention...maybe once you put the video together the title will be obvious??

We could definitely do a grainy 50's spoof--who should we get to dress up with slicked side-parted hair (boy) or a poodle-skirt (girl)? :-)

Great idea.

Keep thinking about titles.

I was looking at your visual metaphors and if I remember correctly your group is working on causes of Global Warming? So this doesn't probably apply to your group but I was wondering... could you just interview "people on the street" (even at NH)and do a "morally right" check. Do you believe in Global Warming? If they say yes, then would it be morally right to change the weather? Restrict amount of driving? Check each individuals carbon footprint and require changes if necessary? Wouldn't it be great if you could ask the pres. candidates to respond?

I definitely agree, I was shocked when I read this article. With all the scientific discoveries being made lately, there's definitely going to be a lot of political uproar about what is morally right. They still don't know what the side effects are with most of these tests, so I'm not sure how many answers I am going to get from experts.

I thought this article was really interesting, but I have absolutely no idea how this will fit into the documentary. Any ideas?

Whoaw. That article blew my mind! I would love to read more about this and potential practical uses based on that seven day trial. Now that you all have started storyboarding, where would this fit into your five minutes? What would you show while discussing this information?

Modify the climate?? This really sounds like science fiction to me! Almost unbelievable! We can't change human behavior so we will find a way to change the climate?? It seems every action has a reaction so...
A question for your experts...what would be the side effects/consequences of changing the climate? Putting more iron into the ocean, sulfur in the air?? And...do they really know what the side effects would be?
